John G. Allelo is a senior executive and attorney with more than two decades of experience strengthening communities through inclusive leadership and institutional development. A member of the U.S. Senior Foreign Service, he previously served as Mission Director for the U.S. Agency for International Development in Moldova and Armenia, leading large programs that advanced democratic institutions, economic opportunity and social inclusion.

As Vice President, John supports strategic governance, organizational oversight and community driven initiatives that expand access to safe, affordable housing in Ellis County.

Throughout his career, he has focused on building stable and resilient communities as the foundation for dignity and long term growth. He holds degrees from Louisiana State University, Tulane University and the U.S. Air Force War College, and is a recipient of the American Bar Association Young Lawyers Division Fellows Award for distinguished public service.
