New Building Materials
Donations of new building materials help us stretch every dollar further. Items such as lumber, roofing, windows, doors, hardware, flooring and other unused construction supplies allow us to continue building safe, quality homes at an affordable cost. By donating new materials, you are directly supporting families as they build a stronger future.
Gently Used Items and Building Materials
At this time, Habitat for Humanity of Ellis County, Texas is unable to accept donations of gently used household items or used building supplies.
However, several Habitat for Humanity ReStore locations throughout the Dallas Fort Worth area gladly accept furniture, appliances, home goods and building materials. Your donation helps support Habitat’s mission in other communities while keeping usable items out of landfills.

Cars for Homes
Turn your vehicle into a home for a local family. Through Habitat for Humanity’s Cars for Homes, you can donate your car, truck, boat or other vehicle to support affordable housing.
Proceeds from vehicle donations help Habitat affiliates build and repair homes in partnership with families working toward safe, affordable homeownership.
