Art Mory serves as President of Habitat for Humanity of Ellis County and is dedicated to advancing our mission of building homes, communities and hope.

Art and his wife, Kim, moved to Waxahachie in 2024 from Kennedale, along with their beagle, Riki. He brings hands-on experience from a career in food manufacturing and hotel engineering, along with years of volunteer service with Habitat affiliates in Ellis, Tarrant and Dallas Counties.

Now retired, Art enjoys gardening, camping, playing the guitar and attending his grandchildren’s activities. He is passionate about giving back through service and leadership.
